Directly to my door armed with actual sample liners and not just a book to choose from. Also they sell the far better gage liner lower than I could find the bare minimal from other companies. Ordering and fast installation was very convenient. The liners are handmade to order and installation was flawless. I would highly recommend them anytime. Here is the reason I gave the 5 stars. My pool liner installation was scheduled on time and it was installed with no issue. The guys were very wonderful. After our initial call inquiring about a new pool liner, a sales rep had an appointment scheduled and a cover ordered within 2 weeks time. Our installer showed up on a Saturday and finished pumping water out, installed new liner, and stuck around to make sure our liner was flat and free of wrinkles during the fill up. We also requested a lightbulb change the day he showed up. The installer ran to nearest pool dealer (20 miles) and picked up the new bulb. We desperately needed a pool liner, so I got online and I started searching for pool Liner companies and I came across Best pool liners. I called and I got an appointment within two or three days and the sales guy Joe came to my house, sat with me and he went over the different liners, timing, installation expectations and the costs. He was very kind knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I picked out a liner. He said it would be in within five weeks and they could install it as soon as it comes in. Well, it was 4 1/2 weeks later and the call came in that the liner was ready for installation. We made a date and this fantastic guy by the name of Nelson, along with his crew came in and installed the liner. I couldn’t believe what an amazing job these guys did installing the liner. There was not a wrinkle or a crease to be found. The original company that installed my pool and put the liner in, it looked like they were hitting softballs into my pool and they wanted to see who could get the biggest divets in the pool floor. Then they put the liner on over the divers. I lived with that for 15 years, it drove me up a wall. Anyway, we are really happy. Sorry, I can’t find anymore pictures!!

Followed by the Tech who took measures, then the installers all were very knowledgeable and experienced. The Gunnite pool has one area that had cracked walls. The process to fix that was easy and professional, with lifetime warranty. The pool is covered already and will add photos next summer. I strongly recommend them.
